The Sting made it two the second round in two of their first three seasons in Sarnia, but they’ve only done it once in the 20 years since. Interestingly enough, two of their three first round victories have been over the Windsor Spitfires. Anthony Salinitri grew up in Windsor and now he gets to face his hometown team in the playoffs. In six games against the Spits this season, Salinitri has scored eight times, and added two assists.
